Didn't run tonight, but did do an hour on aerobic stepper and did some ab work. Wednesday nights are always good because that is the night for spaghetti. I usually have two plates w/sauce and half of a chicken breast for each plate. Other nights, I have a mix of brown rice and black beans wrapped up in 2 tortilla shells. I eat mostly high energy foods that cater to my running. Looking forward to getting back out tomorrow.
I also got the first glance of my 16 week program for omaha. It focuses a lot on time and trying to keep close to "race" pace. It will be a bit more challenging than my last program, but I look forward to starting it on the 29th!
