I ran well considering my legs were jelly at the start. I cut my run short a bit so I can wake up early and do 13 miles before going to work. The high on Sunday is only going to be 67, so I will do a 45 minute speed workout and a 20 minute easy run then to make up for time missed tonight. I got out so late, my thought was to cut it short so I can hit the hay early tonight. I'll be in bed shortly! Go Big Red!
