It was hot on the run, and I ran at an easy pace. But still I was able to put up a pretty good time. With the exception of Saturdays 20 minute run, this was my last workout before the race on Sunday. Tomorrow I plan to cross train for about 45 minutest but then will take it easy the rest of the night. Saturday I have the 20 minute run and that's it...I plan to rest as much as possible on Saturday and carb up! I'll be eating a lot of pasta :)
