My time wasn't up to my standards, but it's totally understandable. The heat index was about 105 when I ran and I had to stop for water 4 times! I didn't have to break up the run tonight, so I'll consider tonight a success!
The fun part is I ran about 4 miles of the actual course I will tackle in September. I ran through part of the Con Agra campus, and wound up going through part of Little Italy. I really didn't run that bad, it's just the fact I had to stop for water so much. I consumed a full 16 ounces of water but still lost 5 pounds of body water on the run. I won't worry about time until Thursday when I start running in the morning again. Next week I'll run in the mornings Tuesday - Saturday. It should help :)
