I made up for yesterdays bad run and ran a little more than scheduled tonight. I had to stop and sip water about 4 times and that definitely slowed my pace a bit. I have learned that it's more important to stay hydrated in this heat than it is to make time. I ran around the old market which helped me stay out of the sun and stay close to my water. This payed major dividends and I'm happy with tonights run :)
