I am so tired of running in the heat! I can't wait for the day when I can go out and have a normal run. I ran well considering the fact I had to stop for water at least 5 times on my run tonight. I felt like quitting but hung in there and completed the time I had scheduled. Tomorrow I have an easy 35 minute run, and i am very much looking forward to the shorter distance. When will the heat finally let up? At least to temps below 90?
