I took advantage of another nice day to log in a good run. I have to enjoy it now because the heat will return by Sunday. I used my downtown/riverfront trail and had a nice smooth run throughout and then sped up the tempo the final 1:30.
Training has been going very good lately, but there is on bad thing about it....I lost one more pound. I feel great but I get tired of people telling me that I am too skinny. I've upped my daily calorie intake to 3000-3200 a day but still I lost a pound. I don't think I'm too skinny. After all, I'm 5'6 and weigh about 134..how much am I supposed to weigh?
