Saturday.

I had to put up with a lot of traffic on my run today due to the Farmers Market in the Old Market. I had a nice 5.61 mile run and finished in 40min which comes out to 7:08mpm. I would have had a better time if not for the traffic lights I kept hitting on the first go-around. I am staying in tonight because my parents are coming over tomorrow morning.:)
