The run was a bit messed up due to my horrible hangover. I ran 4.06 in 29:51, but it wasn't in the usual fashion. I got up from a nap and immediately went out on the run which was a mistake. My body and legs were not awake so I stopped after 2.74 miles. I went for a walk to gallup road and then decided to run home from there. This stretch went much better, for my body was totally functional at this point. All in all in wasn't so bad.
The thing I learned is not to run with a hangover and not to run right after waking up from a 3 hour nap. I usually don't drink as much as I did last night, and now I have reminded myself why.
